Refund Policy

The intent of this refund policy is to clarify policies about how Green Tea Productions LLC handles refund requests from customers.

For training materials purchased directly from Green Tea Productions LLC:

Green Tea Productions LLC stands behind its training programs, and offers a full refund if you don’t believe the program was right for you, provided the refund request is made within 90 days of the purchase date.

The easiest way to do this is to email a copy of your receipt.

Once the purchase is verified, a refund will be issued to your credit card on file. US refunds usually clear in 3-5 business days, pending reconcilliation between banks. Please allow 7-14 business days for international refunds to clear.

For services and subscriptions provided by Green Tea Productions LLC:

Refund requests for Subscriptions or Services are considered by Green Tea Productions LLC on a case-by-case basis, and granted in the sole discretion of Green Tea Productions LLC. In all cases, documented use of the Subscription or Service in question is grounds to decline a refund request.
